Course Overview
The purpose of the PRINCE2® Foundation training program is to equip participants with a fundamental grasp of modern project management, by diving deep into the PRINCE2® project management method. It also aims to assist participants in their preparation for the PRINCE2® Foundation examination, which includes a web proctored exam voucher as part of the course fee.
This course is aligned with the PRINCE2® Project Management Foundation syllabus by PeopleCert, with continued focus on the traditional challenges of project management, and awareness for today’s environment in which projects are conducted, with a people-centric approach and new project management approaches (Change Management Approach, Commercial Management Approach, Sustainability Management Approach and Data Management Approach).
The course delves into the PRINCE2® framework, its practical application in real-world projects and the Foundation Exam.

COURSE PREREQUISITES
While formal prerequisites for attending this course are not mandatory, a foundational understanding of project management would greatly benefit participants.
TEST CERTIFICATION
A web proctored PRINCE2 Foundation exam voucher is included in course fee – this has a validity of 12 months. You will need to schedule and sit your exam within this time frame

60 multiple choice questions, 60 minutes, closed book. Minimum required score to pass: 60%.
