KPL are situated at Roffey Park, a purpose-built dedicated training, events and conference venue which is set in 40 acres of rural Sussex Countryside just five minutes from the M23 and 20 minutes from London Gatwick Airport & Crawley, 10 minutes from Horsham. Access to fast trains from London and the rest of Sussex and the South Coast are easy with train stations located in nearby Horsham, Three Bridges and Gatwick Airport. OUR CONSULTANTS
All KPL consultants are industry recognised experts and work alongside your business to help deliver improved efficiencies or design organisational specific learning content. Our consultants are not KPL employees and we operate this model as we believe that active working practitioners provide the greatest impact when working with your business or organisation. Our consultants/instructors have on average 15+ years’ experience of classroom management and high impact learning content development.
OUR COURSES
KPL training is delivered virtually, utilising latest digital platform technology, on-site at your premises, at our training centre or at a preferred off-site venue. Courses are recommended, tailored and designed in a consultative manner, working alongside technical and business leads at your organisation. It is widely recognised that training delivered in context is significantly more effective and we place business specific material at the heart of everything we deliver, ensuring your teams come away with immediate skills transfer.

Q: What do we need to run KPL courses on-site for our staff….?
A: A suitable room, with tables, chairs and plug sockets, that’s it…! Kpl will take care of all logistical requirements associated with setting up the optimum training environment for your staff so you can stay focused on your business. You will have a dedicated kpl event coordinator managing the successful setup and delivery of your course.
To run technical training courses on-site we would typically use your pcs and install our course loads onto your machines, either on training pcs or attendee machines. We will provide the required equipment specification to you during the requirements gathering stage. KPL can provide equipment as requested, should you not have equipment available.
Q: What is the typical lead time required to set up and run a course on-site…?
A: Lead times will typically depend on our instructor availability and any time required to tailor your training solution. A typical lead time from course booking to execution is approximately 3 weeks.
Q: How and when will we receive our course notes…?
A: Course notes will be delivered electronically in PDF format and can be sent to either a nominated point of contact at your organisation for internal distribution or delivered directly to the attendees via email depending on your preference. Should you require course notes in hard copy, these will arrive prior to the start of the course.
Q: When we have limited room resource available, can we run kpl courses off-site…?
A: Yes, kpl can provide a venue sourcing service to ensure your course executes within your specified timeframe regardless of internal room availability. We traditionally look to source appropriate venues close to our customer location to minimalise travel disruption. All externally sourced locations are approved by us and you before being confirmed.
Q: Do KPL courses lead to certification…?
A: Yes, KPL courses will provide vendor certifications, for example, we can provide certifications in the following areas; PRINCE2®, ITIL®, MSP®, M_o_R®, CISCO, Microsoft Technical Courses, Microsoft Office, VMware, Windows Server, CompTIA, Unix and Linux.
Q: Can kpl provide us with regular Management Information (MI) for customised training programmes…?
A: We can provide MI tailored to suit your needs. You will receive post course evaluation feedback and comments with a summary of performance after each course. For larger training programmes we provide MI as frequently as you require, consolidating key information including; attendees trained, cost per head, satisfaction, pass rates and internal competency based progression results.
Q: Can our company specific material be used as part of a tailored kpl course…?
A: Yes. At kpl we know that training delivered in context is far more effective and so we work closely with your business to ensure that all our training is tailored to meet your specific requirements. This will usually involve our instructors weaving in business specific examples provided by the technical leads at you organisation.
