Duration: 1 Day
Course Overview
This course introduces participants to the practical use of Microsoft 365 Copilot for building efficient, repeatable workflows across everyday business tasks. Moving beyond single‑action prompting, the session focuses on how Copilot can connect work across Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint to save time, improve accuracy, and streamline communication.
Participants will explore what an “AI‑powered workflow” looks like in real roles—such as HR, Finance, and Operations—and learn how Copilot can accelerate processes like onboarding, monthly reporting, meeting coordination, and document creation. Through a hands‑on group exercise, attendees will build their own mini‑workflow using Copilot across multiple apps, helping them understand where AI adds value and where human judgment remains essential.
The course also covers how to standardise and share prompts, create reusable templates, and establish good governance practices so workflows can scale across teams. By the end of the session, participants will leave with practical AI techniques, a clear understanding of when and how to apply them, and actionable next steps for identifying additional workflow opportunities in their daily roles.
