Course Overview
This TOGAF® EA Training Foundation Course introduces the latest version of TOGAF and will help you to prepare to take The Open Group’s examination leading to the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Foundation qualification. This course introduces all of the topics defined as the Learning Outcomes upon which the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Foundation Examination is based, to the level needed to pass the examination. Candidates should be aware that this course does not address these topics in detail and additional study is required.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
This course will cover all the Learning outcomes examinable including:
• The concepts of Enterprise Architecture and the TOGAF Standard
• The key terminology of the TOGAF standard
• The Architecture Development Method (ADM) cycle and the objectives of each phase, and how to adapt and scope • the ADM for use
• The techniques available to support application of the ADM
• Applying the ADM, including use of iteration, partitioning, and application in a Digital enterprise
• How Architecture Governance contributes to architecture development
• Architecture content – the outputs produced while executing the ADM

COURSE PREREQUISITES
• There is no formal prerequisite for this course, although it will be beneficial to have foundational knowledge of generic Enterprise Architecture.
TEST CERTIFICATION
• The course prepares candidates for sitting the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Part 1 Exam
• The exam (60 minutes) is in closed-book format, and includes 40 multiple-choice questions.
• The passing score is 60% (24 out of 40 questions)
• An examination voucher is provided as part of this course, delegates are required to self book at a time and location that is convenient to themselves.
