Duration: 2 Days
Course Overview
This course has been developed to address some of the key challenges experienced by many organisations today, including:
Organizational Change Management
C&O’s role is to drive improvements across the Operational Companies (OpCo’s). These change programmes can be met with resistance. Learning organizational change management skills would help break down this resistance leading to longer term embedded, sticky change.
Improve Project Management Maturity
Although there are some gaps in basic project management knowledge, (e.g. using work breakdown structures, change control and issue management), there is a solid project management maturity in C&O. C&O would like to focus the training on the more advanced areas of programme and project management.
Agile Alignment
The team is split—three members have received agile training, while others have not. The training should provide a refresher of agile and focus on more advanced agile techniques.
Stakeholder Management
Stronger skills are needed in securing senior stakeholder buy-in, managing conflict, and negotiating effectively.
