• Apply key characteristics of the agile mindset
• Understand and apply PRINCE2 Agile principles in project performance areas
• Describe the importance of organizational change management and key considerations for building and leading successful agile teams.
Module 3: The PRINCE2 Agile practices and their application
• Understand how PRINCE2 Project Management practices are tailored for an agile context
• Apply agile artifacts and techniques in project planning and execution
• Analyze the effectiveness of approaches to applying PRINCE2 Agile practices and roles, ensuring they are fit for purpose

Attendees should meet the following prerequisites:
Official Prerequisites: PeopleCert requires one of the following certifications as a prerequisite for the PRINCE2 Agile (Version 2) Practitioner exam. PeopleCert will not release exam results without proof of certification.

TEST CERTIFICATION
Certification Alignment: This course helps you prepare for the PRINCE2 Agile (Version 2) Practitioner certification exam.
Certification Expectations: Attendees should expect that some study outside of course hours will be required for certification success. The amount of self-study will depend on prior familiarity with the topic. Passing the exam is not guaranteed.
