Target Audience

Course Content

Agile Project Management Fundamentals

This Practitioner-level course builds on the AgilePM Foundation by applying the framework in realistic project scenarios. Through exercises, analysis, and discussion, you will gain a deeper understanding of how to put AgilePM concepts into practice, including:

• Team structure and way of working
• Risk management
• Risk management and the AgilePM approach
• Defining and estimating the work
• Responding to change over following a plan
• Delivery planning
• The multi-team dimension
• Regulatory compliance
• Demonstrating control

PREREQUISITES

APMG and the Agile Business Consortium require AgilePM Practitioner candidates hold AgilePM Foundation certification.

Pre-Course Knowledge:
It is expected that attendees will have some familiarity and experience with project management concepts prior to attending class. Familiarity with scrum at the level of Scrum Essentials Certification Training is assumed.

TEST CERTIFICATION

Exam Details:
• Number/Type of Questions: 4 scenario-based questions, each with 15 parts (60 objective test questions in total)
• Pass Rate: 30 out of 60 (50%)
• Exam Style: Open book;
• Exam Delivery: Exams are invigilated in class
